There are many ways different women are affected by barriers and discrimination that go beyond their gender. Women empowerment can transform yourself and organizational culture. This course will take you on a journey of real stories of women, how we can treat all people fairly at work, respecting and supporting non-discrimination and human rights, and championing equality through community initiatives and advocacy.
